The deck collapsed due to improper construction, as it was inadequately secured to the window frame using only screws. This resulted in damage to the window frame. We raised the entire structure and installed additional support posts to rectify the situation. The client then requested minor design changes to the deck and the addition of a fence. All of the client's requests were incorporated into the revised design. Additionally, we replaced rotten roof boards and repainted the fascia and window trim.

The porch fell down due to faulty construction.
